Conditions for reservation and payment
- We request to pay a depossit of 40% of the total amount of your reservation. This amount should be on our bank-account within one week after reservation. Your reservation is definite as soon as we have received the deposit. De second half of the payment can be done upon arrival (cash) or trasferred to our bank one week before arrival;
- by paying the deposit, you agree with our conditions;
- when a reservation is made within 3 weeks before arrival, we request to pay the total amount in one payment;
- costs of drinks, meals et. will be cancelled when you leave (cash)
Terms of cancelation
- If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the date arrival, 40% of the total amount will be charged. If you cancel up to 2 weeks before the date of arrival, 60 % of the total amount will be charged. In case of cancellation within 2 weeks prior to arrival date or “No show”, 100% will be charged.
Damage caused by you will be charged on you.
