Conditions for reservation and payment
- We request to pay a deposit of 40% of the total amount of your reservation. This amount should be on our bank-account within one week after reservation. Your reservation is final as soon as we have received the deposit. The remainder must be transferred to our bank account, the latest 2 weeks prior to the arrival date or be paid cash at arrival.
- By paying the deposit, you agree with our conditions.
- When a reservation is made within 3 weeks before arrival, we request to pay the total amount in one payment.
- Costs of drinks, snacks etc. will have to be paid in cash when you leave.
Terms of cancelation
- In case you cancel prior to 4 weeks before arrival date, 20% of the total due amount will be due. This means you will be refunded for half of your prepayment.
- A cancellation received 2 to 4 weeks prior to arrival date will lead to a charge of 40% of the total due amount.
- A cancellation received within 2 weeks prior to arrival date or a “no-show” leads to a 100% charge of the total amount.
Damage caused by you will be charged to you.
